Thanks Dawn for all your help and guidance with the NVQ, you've made easy to understand and have been there to continually offer support and guidance throughout. As well as providing clear action plans which have really enabled me to get on and get the work done efficiently focussing in on the points that needed finishing. Over the last 9 months, I have learnt so much, not just on IT software but as a person working in an office, growing and developing my interactive skills, learning how to work with people with different skills, abilities, different cultures and backgrounds, this is thanks to you and the job I am doing. I am very grateful for the opportunity and I am certain that through doing the apprenticeship scheme, it has given me experience and a grounding that 'money couldn't buy' to help progress with my career. I have been given this opportunity through my employer to go on day release to Prostart to gain my level 2 in Business Administration. It has given me better knowledge of Administration and all aspects of working in an office such as legislations like Equal Opportunity Policy and Health and Safety, all this has given me more confidence in my role at work as the Receptionist and Administrator. I have enjoyed all the training and advice given to me by the Tutors and my Assessor, who give you the belief and confidence in yourself and what you are working towards will turn out right. Partners "Apprenticeships are new to our NHS organisation and we had a steep learning curve to get them up and running.
