I previously worked as a Contract Manager for the Learning and Skills Agency responsible for the relationship and funding management to the value of £6m of a portfolio of Independent Training Providers locally and regionally.
Prior to becoming a Contract Manager I was a Provider Development Executive responsible for the quality of Work Based Learning provision locally, including management of the Performance Review process and ensuring provider understanding of the inspection process and supporting them to successfully implement their Post Inspection Action Plan. I also worked as a Provider Financial Assurance Executive responsible for auditing Colleges and Training Providers and ensuring that monies paid to providers were spent appropriately and were in line with the terms and conditions as specified in the funding agreement.
My background with the Funding Body provided me with the knowledge to implement the Quality Systems at Prostart and ensures that we meet the Funding Bodies contractual requirements.
I have been the nominee for the two inspections at Prostart both of which received Grade 2.
